The product obtained by freeze-drying is called lyophilizer, and this process is called lyophilization.

The core technology of food freeze-drying machine is freeze-drying, that is, freeze-drying. Freeze-drying is to freeze a substance that contains a lot of water into a solid by cooling it in advance. Then under vacuum conditions, the water vapor is directly sublimated from the solid, and the substance itself remains in the frozen ice shelf, so that the dried product does not lose the original solid skeleton structure, maintains the original shape of the material, and the product is restored Excellent water quality. The purpose of freeze-drying is to store moist materials, usually an aqueous solution containing microbial tissue, or an aqueous solution containing no microbial tissue.
