1. Is the hand operator suitable for big volume pipettors? Yes, it is suitable for pipettors with diameter among 6-7mm, usually for the volumes 1ml, 2ml and 5ml;2. How to adjust the vacuum value from high to low? Firstly loose the deflation valve to release the vacuum inside, then rotate the knob to required value;3. Which part of Safevac can be autoclavable? All parts connecting with sample liquid(excluding main unit, sensor cable&filter) can be fully autoclavable under 121ºC,1atm,20mins;4. How to sterilize the bottle? Firstly unscrew the valve to release the vacuum, then take off or unscrew the bottle cap for sterilization. Pls make sure the parts are cooling down before next time use;5. What is the noise level for Safevac? Less than 55dB;
